The baggage is awesome, and requires you to bring date gifts.Īt first I did not like Audrey, I thought she rude, annoying, plus she smoked which was a turn off for me. I wanted to get to know the characters individually. I love what HP2 did for the game, it is a genuinely different game. I honestly thought that Audrey would be the worst character ever written, then came Huniecam Studio and Brooke, then came Huniepop 2 and Polly (Male). The girls in HP2 don't even have birthdays. In addition, Huniepop 1 felt more fulfilling in its journey as a more casual narrative with a better connection to the given characters whereas Huniepop 2 goes for "you are the chosen one" who basically plays third wheel hooking up other couples.ĭefinitely had neat concepts, better game play mechanics, great voice acting, and art. Huniepop 2 had some neat concepts but overall felt more tedious than challenging when put into practice (primarily the new stamina system and how a broken heart match automatically gives someone fatigue unless given the right baggage). Also, the gift giving has been streamlined, and I personally enjoy that. I like having to manage the 2 girls, the baggage system keeps things interesting, as does the stamina system. Having said that, I prefer the actual match-3 mechanics of HP2.
