After talking to Kyu and she mentioned how Audrey was a Virgin it blew my mind and I was like this girl has layers to her! Lol,

The baggage is awesome, and requires you to bring date gifts.Īt first I did not like Audrey, I thought she rude, annoying, plus she smoked which was a turn off for me. I wanted to get to know the characters individually. I love what HP2 did for the game, it is a genuinely different game. I honestly thought that Audrey would be the worst character ever written, then came Huniecam Studio and Brooke, then came Huniepop 2 and Polly (Male). The girls in HP2 don't even have birthdays. Originally posted by SteveHNo96:HP1 allowed you to get to know the characters better. The overly dumb weeb, the overly gold digger and Jessie lost the fun quirkiness that she had in HP 1. In HP 2, all the girls just felt so vanilla and one dimensional. The girls had layers to them, talking to them was rewarding, and they felt like real life women we met at some point that we could understand. The girls were way more focused on each other and you just feel like the ackward third wheel just there for the ride. It did get extremely tedious, because I felt literally no emotional attachments to any of the girls. In addition, Huniepop 1 felt more fulfilling in its journey as a more casual narrative with a better connection to the given characters whereas Huniepop 2 goes for "you are the chosen one" who basically plays third wheel hooking up other couples.ĭefinitely had neat concepts, better game play mechanics, great voice acting, and art. Huniepop 2 had some neat concepts but overall felt more tedious than challenging when put into practice (primarily the new stamina system and how a broken heart match automatically gives someone fatigue unless given the right baggage). Originally posted by He/Him:I liked Huniepop 1 better because it felt more fun to play. Yeah, you unlocked baggage + plus items, yet I found myself honestly not caring about anything the girls had to say, because you were just a third wheel. Great voice acting, hilarious moments, but overall I felt talking to the girls seemed pointless. I agree with you game play wise was way better and the core mechanics were improved upon. Especially for a first time play through it was incredible! Hit all the emotional points and was just great. HP 1 had more of a charm, you genuinely felt emotional connections to the girls. Voice acting is top notch on both games, which for me is HUGE.

Also, the gift giving has been streamlined, and I personally enjoy that. I like having to manage the 2 girls, the baggage system keeps things interesting, as does the stamina system. Having said that, I prefer the actual match-3 mechanics of HP2.

Unfortunately, just does not have that charm that HP 1 had with the one on one interactions with all the girls. We do not get to have Kyu that to is also a fact and i can not lie. Kyu has them double thick thighs that is a fact. *Dialog impeccable, hilarious, so many wonderful one liners. *The art style (A-ah-oww-duuh!) BEAUTIFUL! *Theres just so much more I could add, but most of have short attention spans, so if you played HuniePop 1 you know WHATS UP! We also get Kyu. *When you failed a date with any of the girls they held nothing back on us Simps / Degenerates / BeanSprouts. *I liked the relationship aspect of getting pictures, remembering all the information about the girls *Amazing girls for all kinds of personalities I personally found HuniePop 1 overall to be a better game.
